Hey y’all! So I have been receiving some questions about what I buy at the grocery store. Being a college student I generally have to stick to a tight budget and usually only have about a half hour to shop. Also, being a dancer in addition to always being on the go, I have to choose some healthy options! I made a really really short condensed grocery list. Right now in school, I am taking a class called dancer’s body. It is making me really aware of what I put into my body and what effects it has. Since starting the class I have been eating healthier and my body feels great. I have more energy and healthier skin!
Some of my favorite on the go snacks are: pomegranate seeds, celery and all natural peanut butter, raw bell peppers, spinach, cucumber, and avocado salad, brown rice, banana chips, dried apples, cucumbers, and edamame. I love to cook and I make a point to cook every day. So here is my condensed 10-minute shopping list! xoxo
