I took my senior pictures during the Summer of 2015. That seems like so long ago, but I guess they are still sparking interest. I have gotten some requests to share some more of my senior pictures and discuss them a little more. For my senior pictures I chose two very preppy outfits, one more bohemian, and my personal favorite… a TUTU! I went with some out of the ordinary locations for my pictures as well. I chose my grandparents house for my first two looks and the local train station for my second two looks. It might sound odd but the train station had perfect trees and added a rustic setting to my soft ballerina pictures.
My pictures were photographed by the deeply talented Erika Falkenberg who started her own photography company. I went to high school with Erika and I recommend checking out her website right here. My make up and hair was done by Hello Darling Beauty. Here is the link. This is the perfect service because they come to you. I am incredibly thankful for my glam squad.
As for the posing, I am just very natural in front of cameras. Erika made a very comfortable environment and my mom was there as well. I have been a dancer for so long I love the spotlight. I also used to dabble in some modeling and picked up some angles and poses. I still use my senior pictures for lots of social media posts although I may look quite different. I may need to get some updated headshots so hit me up if you are a photographer 🙂 So here are some of my senior pictures and I hope you guys love them as much as I do!
