Romp(er)ing Around USC

It was the first crisp fall day in Columbia and the leaves began turning. Naturally, I decided to spend the day doing some homework on the Horseshoe. The Horseshoes for USC students is the equivalent of what most schools call a quad. We do everything from tanning, playing frisbee, petting dogs, doing homework, and even napping in our enos on the Horseshoe. The day was perfect with blue skies and a slight breeze so settled for a long sleeve romper. I am a big fan of rompers because they are as formal as a dress but have the same comfort as wearing a t-shirt and shorts. I have had this romper since the 10th grade, and I have to silently applaud myself for still fitting into it. I purchased this romper from Marshall’s and I even remember how excited I was when I saw Tasia Alexis wearing the same romper on vine… moment of silence for the death of vine.

This romper is an oldie, but a goodie so I feel as if I will keep wearing it until I can no longer fit in it. I wore the romper with my light tan 5 year old Clarks Wallabees. I polished the outfit with baby tortoise hoops, a tortoise and gold quatrefoil necklace, a tortoise cuff, and my Daniel Wellington watch. This was an easy, comfortable, and great early fall outfit! Thank goodness it’s fall!
